- We deliver Australia wide, excluding quarantine states.
- We ship on Mondays by express post, to ensure the plants arrive in the same week at the earliest possible time.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars.
- We don't accept international orders.
- If your address is overseas DO NOT place any orders, we filtered our delivery options to include only Australian states that we are able to deliver, any orders placed from overseas will be cancelled and the account holder will be suspended and banned from our website, admin fees may apply.
- All credit and debt cards payments are received through a secure portal with Square, cards information are never seen nor stored into the system.
- Paypal option is also available.
- Shipping is Automatically combined and price is calculated upon the order value.
- Some bulky or large items will have their own shipping costs.
- All orders over $400 will be granted free shipping.
- It is not required to open an account to make a purchase, however, opening an account beforehand is a great way to keep track of your purchase history and to keep everything organized in one place.
- If you need to cancel or modify an order that has not been shipped yet, you will need to contact us immediately, orders that are shipped can not be changed.
- If you order or pre-order any plant that subsequently got damaged or lost in our nursery before it got shipped, we will issue you a full refund.
- We take extra care of packaging our plants, and they leave our nursery in perfect and healthy condition.
- Once the plants enter transit that is beyond our control, in the unlikely event that you receive a plant that got damaged during transit, you must contact us immediately within 24 hours with full description and accurate photos of the damage, and we will valuate and assess the issue and contact you back with compensation options.
- After receiving a plant, in case of change of mind, or you if notice any issues or anything you don't like with the plant we encourage you to contact us immediately and will assess the issue, in most cases when a plant is not damaged by the customer, we can accept the return and full refund of the plant, or a partial refund depending on the case, but you must contact us within 1 week of receiving the product, after 1 week we might not be able to help you.
